New tech hub to grow industry's critical mass

Over the past six months, Cardente Real Estate has been working closely with the technology sector in Maine to develop a property that could serve as a "hub" for a large variety of tech companies eager to work in a collaborative environment. After an extensive search, 30 Danforth Street in Downtown Portland was selected as the new home for what is being called the "Casco Bay Tech Hub".  Greg Perry represented Hall Marketing, Integra Strategic Technology Consulting, and Academic Merit in their recent negotiations for office space, and is currently working with several other prospective technology companies.
